As a young adult Miquel had the great fortune to meet Don Pedro Salas, one of the most famous International judges and breeder of Spanish Horses in Spain, who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Breed and who has pioneered the introduction of the Spanish Horse to the continents of Australia and America. Under his wing Miquel has studied the characteristics, morphology, genetic origins, history and temperament of this ancient breed. |

Miquel has been in the ring with many Spanish Horse Judges, including Don Alfonso Del Castillo De Caracuel, Don Salvador Sanchez Barbudo, Don Virgilio De La Vega, Coronel Isaac Rodriguez, Don Victor Vega, Doņa Rosa Capello Blanco, and several times accompanying Don Pedro Salas, gaining valuable experience. In 2003 he judged the Spanish Horse classes, both inhand and ridden at Richmond Horse Show. |

Does your horse have behaviour problems; will it not lead / shoe / lunge properly, do it, barge, bite, kick or invade your space? We are delighted to cater for and re-school horses with behaviour problems in order to help the horse-owner how to: Learn how to handle your horse or pony with confidence as a first stage of building a complete relationship, based on trust and respect. Learn how to create a relationship with your horse by using the methods horses use amongst themselves, Learn to observe and understand your horse's body language, the subtle signs and where you are in your horses pecking order. Learn how to gain your horse's trust and respect through his own language. Learn to increase your confidence in yourself, with determination and perseverance your horse will begin to react to you in totally different ways. I can come to your premises to assess the horse, approaching, dealing and correcting difficult behaviour. |
