This entails tracing the family lines, judging the morphology, characteristics, temperament and suitability of your horse for you.

Miquel should have been a horse! He has been around them since he was several months old.

As a young adult he had the great fortune to meet Don Pedro Salas, one of the most famous International judges and horse breeder  of Spain, who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Breed and who has pioneered the introduction of the Spanish Horse to the continents of Australia and America. Under his wing Miquel has studied the characteristics, morphology, genetic origins, history and temperament of this ancient breed.

Miquel has been in the ring with many Spanish Horse Judges, including Don Alfonso Del Castillo De Caracuel, Don Salvador Sanchez Barbudo, Don Virgilio De La Vega, Coronel Isaac Rodriguez, Don Victor Vega, Doña Rosa Capello Blanco, and several times accompanying Don Pedro Salas, gaining valuable experience. In 2003 he judged The Spanish Horse classes, both inhand and ridden at Richmond Horse Show.

In addition to this new service, Julia and Miquel are delighted to offer courses with Andalusian Horses.

Come and experience a work-shop with our Andalusian Horses at our premises. Combine riding with learning the importance of Judging his Morphology, and the inheritance of his genetic origins, in relation to his movements. Especially for current or prospective  owners to enable you to have a better understanding of how to choose the Andalusian horse of your dreams.

Enjoy a one or two day programme, where customers can participate in learning about the Spanish horse morphology in relation to his aptitudes to Classical Riding, Modern Classical Dressage, or any equestrian discipline.
